Synchro are partnered with a fast-growing online ecommerce company who are looking for a Delivery Lead to join their technology team during an exciting period of platform transformation and growth.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is confident managing the delivery of technology projects across engineering and business teams. You’ll play a key role in helping shape delivery processes, improving ways of working and supporting the rollout of new platform capabilities as the business continues to scale.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience working within an ecommerce or D2C environment
- A strong background delivering technology change, digital transformation or platform migration projects
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance technical priorities alongside business goals
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities and delivery timelines
- Confidence working with third-party suppliers and technology partners
- A data-driven approach, ideally with exposure to customer analytics platforms such as Amplitude
- Someone who enjoys working within scaleup or fast-moving environments and is comfortable with change
