6 months contract initially - UK Remote
Synchro are working with a large, well-established financial services organisation undergoing a major enterprise transformation programme. They require a Senior Technical Advisor with expertise across Authentication & Security to provide immediate technical leadership across identity, access, and endpoint security. The role is UK-based with fully remote working on offer.
This is not a purely advisory role; you’ll be expected to work closely with technical teams, influence architecture, and actively support delivery teams. You will be working with security, infrastructure, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to stabilise existing platforms while helping define the future-state identity and access model.
- Acting as lead technical SME for Authentication, Access Management and Endpoint Security
- Providing deep hands-on expertise across Intune, conditional access, device compliance and application protection
- Driving SSO and MFA strategy and implementation across enterprise applications
- Defining security standards, technical patterns and guardrails for delivery teams
- Troubleshooting complex identity and access issues in live environments
Required Experience
- Deep expertise in Identity, Access Management or Security Engineering roles
- Proven enterprise experience delivering Authentication, SSO and MFA solutions
- Advanced hands-on capability with Intune in large-scale environments
Role Summary
Location: UK / Remote
Contract: 6 months initially
Rate: £550 - £600 per day - Outside of IR35 - there may be room for negotiation for the right candidate.
