Synchro have partnered with an exciting professional services business to hire a Project Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced delivery team supporting high profile infrastructure and transformation programmes. As the new Project Coordinator, you will support delivery teams across the full lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring workstreams remain organised, on schedule, commercially aligned, and delivered to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys stakeholder coordination, and wants to develop within delivery and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules, resources, meetings, and stakeholder communications
  • Support cost tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, and commercial administration
  • Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, and key delivery milestones
  • Coordinate supply chain activities, logistics, and third party suppliers
  • Assist with close-out documentation, customer sign off, and reviews

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in coordination, operations, supply chain, or administration
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Project
