We’re working with a growing fintech company that supports Wealth Management and Financial Planning firms through smart client portal technology. They help streamline operations, stay compliant, and improve client engagement – making financial services simpler and smarter.
As a Project Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality onboarding and implementation experiences for new clients. From coordinating internal teams to supporting client rollouts, you\’ll help ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and to a consistently high standard. This role sits within a new and growing project team, giving you the opportunity to shape processes, contribute to the team\’s evolution, and make a real impact as the function develops within the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate daily project activities and keep timelines on track
- Monitor progress, flag risks, and drive follow-ups
- Organise meetings, track actions, and maintain clear documentation
- Support client onboarding, rollout, and training on the platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and deliverables
- Contribute to QA and ensure projects meet quality and compliance standards
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact
