As the new Project Coordinator, you will support delivery teams across the full lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring workstreams remain organised, on schedule, commercially aligned, and delivered to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys stakeholder coordination, and wants to develop within delivery and operations.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate schedules, resources, meetings, and stakeholder communications
- Support cost tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, and commercial administration
- Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, and key delivery milestones
- Coordinate supply chain activities, logistics, and third party suppliers
- Assist with close-out documentation, customer sign off, and reviews
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in coordination, operations, supply chain, or administration
