Synchro has partnered with a long‑term client and we are hiring a hands‑on Lead Software Engineer who thrives in fast‑moving environments and leads from the front. You will be passionate about your work, and will drive architecture, own production stability, optimise cloud infrastructure, and mentor a high‑performing engineering team, whilst remaining hands‑on and staying close to the code. This role will be based out of Central London (Central / SW London) and hybrid remote working is on offer, with 2‑3 days in the office per week required. If you move fast, solve problems decisively, and love building scalable systems with real impact, then this role could be for you!
