Synchro are partnered with a well known and established online ecommerce business who are looking for a Delivery Lead to join their technology team during an exciting period of platform transformation and growth. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a hands-on and fast-paced, collaborative environment and will involve managing the delivery of technology projects across engineering and business teams. You’ll play a key role in helping shape delivery processes, improving ways of working and supporting the rollout of new platform capabilities as the business continues to scale.

Required Experience

  • Solid experience working within an ecommerce or D2C environment
  • A strong background delivering technology change, digital transformation or platform migration projects
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys working within scaleup or fast-moving environments and is comfortable with change
