AI Lead / AI Tech Lead (Contract – 6 Months) We\’re looking for an experienced AI Lead / AI Tech Lead to help design and build a new AI platform for a growing organisation operating in a data-sensitive environment.This is a hands‐on role for someone who has built, deployed, and owned AI solutions in production, with a strong focus on security, data protection, and accuracy.What you\’ll be doing Leading the design and build of a new AI platformDeveloping AI-driven products and features to improve customer experienceEnsuring AI solutions are secure, auditable, and compliantReviewing, monitoring, and logging AI usageWorking closely with software engineers and partnering with a data engineering teamSetting standards around accuracy, reliability, and responsible AI useWhat we\’re looking for Proven experience as an AI Lead, AI Tech Lead, or Senior AI EngineerDeep, practical experience building AI solutions (not just integrating APIs)Strong understanding of security, data protection, and governanceExperience working with PII, worker data, or regulated data environmentsHigh attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and qualityRequired skills & experience PythonTemporalLangChainBackground in Data Engineering or machine learning highly desirableRole Summary 6-month contract initiallyDay rate of between £500 – £550 outside of IR35Location – Fully remoteIf you\’re a hands‐on AI leader who cares deeply about secure, accurate, production‐grade AI, we\’d love to hear from you.
