We're looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap. Working closely with Product Owners and Dev teams, you'll ensure smooth execution, foster agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead delivery across the product lifecycle
- Work with Product Owners on priorities and backlog
- Manage timelines, releases, and cross-team dependencies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices
- Track performance and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Promote quality, security, and compliance at every stage
- Act as Scrum Master, coaching teams in Agile principles and supporting continuous improvement in delivery processes
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in delivery roles, ideally in fintech or FS but not a must!
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder skills
- Comfortable with tools like Jira & Confluence
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and team collaboration
- Proactive, analytical, and delivery-focused mindset
