Synchro is partnered with a well-established retail motor vehicle organisation operating within a specialist market. They provide a broad range of services, including new vehicle sales, certified pre-owned vehicles, and comprehensive aftersales support. The software engineering team has delivered significant value through the development of in-house, cloud-based .NET solutions that support both internal operations and customer-facing platforms. Due to continued growth and increased demand for new systems, the team is expanding to support new and existing projects.
This role offers the opportunity to work as a Full Stack Developer, building modern .NET/C# backend services alongside React-based frontend applications, within a collaborative, agile environment. You’ll contribute to systems used across the organisation, with a strong focus on scalable, cloud-hosted solutions.
Technologies:
- .NET Core / C#
- React (frontend)
- MVC and single-page web applications
- Microsoft Azure (cloud infrastructure and services)
- Microservice-oriented architecture
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Automated builds and unit testing (NUnit / xUnit)
- Automated UI and API testing (Playwright)
What we are looking for:
- Commercial experience developing software using .NET and C#
- Experience working as a Full Stack Developer, including frontend development (React preferred)
- Strong backend development skills with RESTful APIs
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud-based platforms
- Familiarity with the Microsoft development stack
- Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
- Ability to write and maintain automated test suites
