We’re seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with PC hardware support expertise to provide hybrid IT support for a new office location in London, UK. This is an initial 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role requires a mix of remote and onsite work, with the candidate required to be onsite one day per week. Responsibilities include Microsoft 365 and Google Apps administration, laptop/PC break-fix, and IT service desk ticket resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Experience providing IT administration and PC hardware support.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Apps administration.
- Experience handling IT service desk tickets and troubleshooting user issues.
- Proficiency in laptop/PC break-fix, reimaging, and setup.
- Ability to connect and manage PC/laptop hardware, including cabling and wire organisation.
- Experience setting up and maintaining conference room AV and telephony equipment.
- Knowledge of network cabling and wireless access point connections.
Details:
Location: Hybrid – London, UK (Onsite one business day per week, preferably Wednesdays)
