We're looking for an experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer to join a global IT Operations team, delivering exceptional support to end users at a key Gatwick site. This is a hands-on role where you'll be supporting users across hardware, software, workplace technology, AV systems and enterprise applications while ensuring a first-class service experience. You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day IT support and ensuring users remain productive by providing timely technical assistance. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required onsite full-time, 5 days per week. Free parking is available, as well as the onsite restaurant providing free meals, including breakfast & lunch! There is also a gym onsite, which is free too!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st & 2nd Line IT support for incidents and service requests escalated from the Service Desk
- Supporting VIP users and delivering walk-up IT support
- Troubleshooting Windows devices, laptops, peripherals and workplace technology
- Supporting meeting rooms, conferencing systems and AV equipment
- Preparing, configuring and deploying end-user devices
- Managing onboarding and offboarding activities, including device builds and asset recovery
We're looking for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills combined with excellent customer service.
Required experience:
- Prior experience within IT Support, Service Desk or IT Operations
- Strong experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications
- Experience using ServiceNow or another ITSM platform
- Knowledge of device deployment, imaging and lifecycle management
- Experience supporting meeting room technology and AV equipment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + excellent benefits including free parking, free onsite gym and free meals (breakfast & lunch) from their onsite restaurant.
