We are recruiting an experienced Cooling Engineer to support critical facilities, data centres, and mission-critical environments across Southern England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain precision cooling systems, chillers, and associated infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and repair refrigeration, electrical, and control faults.
  • Replace key components including fans, sensors, and filters.
  • Follow site safety procedures, permits, and isolation processes.
  • Produce clear service reports and customer recommendations.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with cooling systems in critical environments.
  • Strong HVAC and refrigeration fault-finding skills.
  • Good electrical troubleshooting and controls knowledge.
  • Familiarity with BMS systems and alarm management.
  • Experience with precision cooling technologies from leading OEMs.

Qualifications

  • HVAC or Refrigeration qualification or equivalent experience.
  • F-Gas Category 1 certification preferred.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • CSCS card advantageous.
