We’re partnering with a growing fintech company that supports Wealth Management and Financial Planning firms through intuitive client-portal technology. Our platform helps firms streamline operations, ensure compliance, and improve client engagement.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Events Lead, this role leans towards community management while also running a programme of client, prospect, and industry events. You’ll play a key role in building, launching, and sustaining an engaged client community, alongside coordinating events that complement community activity. The role is hybrid, with some travel required (approx. 20%).
Key Responsibilities- Community Ownership: Build and grow a vibrant online client community, seeding content, onboarding members, and driving ongoing engagement.
- Events Management: Plan and deliver client, prospect, and industry events that support engagement and brand presence.
- Engagement & Insight: Monitor discussions, encourage participation, and connect members. Surface recurring themes, challenges, and opportunities to inform product, marketing, and client services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, client services, and marketing teams to translate customer insights into community discussions, resources, and events.
- Strategy & Measurement: Own community governance, tone, and engagement metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Proven experience running and growing online communities, ideally in financial services or a B2B environment.
- Event management experience is essential.
- Confident in using insights from the community to influence internal teams and decisions.
- Proactive, strategic, and comfortable taking ownership of engagement and events.
