We recently completed a $150 million Series D funding round, bringing our total funding to $254 million and valuing the company at $2.5 billion. We are now looking for a Director of EMEA Sales to build, scale, and lead our enterprise and commercial sales motion across the EMEA region. This is a highly visible, high-impact leadership role with full accountability for regional revenue growth, team performance, and go-to-market execution.

Reporting directly to senior sales leadership, this role will own EMEA strategy end-to-end — from early market development through repeatable scale. The right candidate thrives in ambiguity, thinks strategically while executing tactically, and is energized by building something meaningful from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and execute the EMEA sales strategy, including territory design, partner evaluations, segmentation, and revenue targets.
  • Build, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives as the region scales.
  • Drive new logo acquisition while ensuring strong expansion and retention motions.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success to localise and optimize GTM strategy.
  • Establish and refine sales playbooks, forecasting rigor, and pipeline management processes.
  • Accurately forecast regional performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Coach individual contributors to consistently exceed targets.
  • Act as a senior voice of the customer for the EMEA market, influencing product direction and messaging.
  • Represent MaintainX with executive buyers and strategic partners across the region.
  • Embrace a hands-on leadership style, especially in early-stage market build-out.

About you:

  • Significant B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, ideally across EMEA.
  • Proven track record building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Experience owning a regional number and consistently delivering against revenue targets.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and accountability.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • Highly data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, facilities, or frontline-heavy verticals.
  • Prior exposure to CMMS, EAM, or operational software.
  • Experience launching or scaling a new geographic region.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Experience leading distributed or remote teams across multiple countries.

Our mission is to deliver one platform for maintenance, repair & operations teams to keep the physical world running. We believe the greatest asset in any organization is the people. That’s why we built an intuitive, mobile-first solution to help boost productivity and collaboration across teams and locations.

MaintainX is committed to creating a diverse environment. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
