Synchro are partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organisation to hire a Senior Software Engineer into a high-impact team delivering modern cloud-based solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who wants more ownership, more influence, and the chance to help shape engineering standards rather than simply deliver tickets. You’ll work across modern Microsoft technologies, contribute to technical direction, and mentor less experienced developers as the team grows.
Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll build scalable applications, improve development practices, and help modernise systems using Azure and the wider Microsoft stack. This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on coding but also wants to step into a broader engineering role with visibility and autonomy.
