Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer - Contract
We’re working with a leading financial services organisation in Birmingham who are looking for a highly skilled Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer to join their engineering team.
This is a hands‑on role working primarily with React, .NET/C# and Azure. You’ll be someone who can do more than just write code. We are looking for an experienced and talented Developer / Engineer who can work with ambiguity and turn business requirements into effective technical solutions, working closely with Technical Leads, Product Owners and wider stakeholders. You will have a solution based mindset and will take ownership of the technical approach to a problem.
- Strong React & .NET/C# and Azure skills
- Comfortable working with complex requirements and owning technical decisions
- Experience working with Product Owners and technical stakeholders
Nice to have: Python, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, financial services experience.
Location: Predominantly remote, but occasional attendance at the central Birmingham office will be required. Candidates should therefore be Midlands‑based or within reasonable travelling distance of Birmingham and happy to attend when needed.
