Synchro are hiring on behalf of a large and rapidly expanding organisation who are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to shape and deliver AI strategy, driving innovation across digital products, internal operations and software development.
Working across the Microsoft ecosystem, you'll design scalable AI solutions, lead proof of concepts and establish best practices for AI adoption, agentic workflows and AI-enabled development. You will have expert stakeholder management, as well as strong commercial and strategic skills.
This role may suit an experienced AI Software Engineer looking to step up into a Solutions Architect capacity.
This role is to be based in London, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week.
Required skills & experience:
- Extensive software development experience within the Microsoft ecosystem (.NET, C#, Azure).
- Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows and AI orchestration.
- CI/CD, DevOps, LLMOps/MLOps and API/MCP integrations.
- Python, data architecture and production-ready AI solutions.
Role Summary
