Agile Delivery Manager: Fintech
Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid - flexible, with the option of either 2 or 3 days in the office)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000+ benefits package, which includes share options, pension, life cover, income protection, private medical insurance, EV car scheme, and Bike to Work scheme.
Our client provides financial planning and investment management firms with client portal technology that improves efficiency, ensures compliance, and lifts client engagement.
We're looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap. Working closely with Product Owners and Dev teams, you’ll ensure smooth execution, foster agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead delivery across the product lifecycle
- Work with Product Owners on priorities and backlog
- Manage timelines, releases, and cross-team dependencies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices
- Track performance and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Promote quality, security, and compliance at every stage
- Act as Scrum Master, coaching teams in Agile principles and supporting continuous improvement in delivery processes
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in delivery roles, ideally in fintech or FS but not a must!
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder skills
- Comfortable with tools like Jira & Confluence
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and team collaboration
- Proactive, analytical, and delivery-focused mindset
