This is a cold-approach floor sales role at our Westfield Stratford City kiosk onboarding the public to World, the privacy-preserving proof-of-personhood network.
Base: £15.80/hour, paid monthly via PAYE on the last working day of the month. No zero-hours. Real contract, real rights, real PAYE.
Commission: weekly, uncapped, paid mid-month. The kiosk team builds a shared weekly pool from cumulative signup bands (the more the team converts, the more every signup pays momentum compounds). Your slice of the pool is proportional to your own signups - outwork the floor, take a bigger share.
