Stand at our kiosk in Westfield Stratford City and help people complete a quick, voluntary verification with World — the digital identity network. £14.80–£16.59/hour base, plus a weekly performance bonus that scales with your number. No experience needed. UK right to work.
Who we are
Syncera UK is an Operator Partner inside the World network — the network that lets real, unique humans prove they're real online. Our role is on-the-ground: we run the kiosks. People who come up to us leave with a unique digital identity (a World ID) and access to the rewards programme World gives verified humans.
What the job actually is
- You'll be on your feet, at the kiosk, for your shift.
- Approach people. A friendly opener. A 30-second explanation of what World is.
- Walk them through verification. Two minutes, well-rehearsed.
- Log every onboarding. You know your number by the end of the shift.
- In quiet windows, prospect. Pull people in.
- Hand off cleanly at end of shift.
What it isn't
- Not sales. People come up, get verified for free, and leave with access to a network. That's the transaction.
- Not crypto. World is a digital identity protocol — not a coin and not an investment. We don't sell crypto, don't promote investment, don't collect money. Syncera UK never collects personal data — that all sits with World's own systems.
- Not pushy promo. No leafleting, no chasing, no misleading language. Friendly, direct, professional. A "no" is a "no".
- Not a gig. Real job, real rights, real contract — full-time PAYE or part-time zero-hours.
What we want from you
- Good with strangers. You can start a conversation without making it weird.
- Clear English. Other languages — Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin — are a real plus.
- Reliable. You show up, on time, ready.
- Comfortable with a phone and a tablet.
- Right to work in the UK. We can't sponsor at this stage.
No degree or prior experience required. Retail, events, hospitality, customer service backgrounds all welcome.
What we pay
- £14.80–£16.59/hr base, depending on experience. Above the London Living Wage.
- Weekly performance bonus: your share of the kiosk's bonus pool, growing with verification volume + your hours + your individual number.
- Paid training before your first shift.
- Workplace pension (auto-enrolment).
- 28 days holiday incl. bank holidays for full-time; pro-rata for part-time. Holiday pay accrued on hours worked for zero-hours.
- Base pays monthly via PAYE. Bonus pool weekly.
- FT or PT, your call. Full-time is ~37.5 hrs/week PAYE. Part-time is zero-hours, agreed minimum, then flexible — students, second-jobbers, people fitting work around life. Both are real parts of the team.
Terms
- Standard mall trading hours, including weekends. Westfield Stratford City, London E20 1EJ.
- Uniform & kit provided.
- Standard pre-employment background check.
