We are seeking a Tech Talent Partner to join our team to work with an exciting fintech client for a 6-month period as they rapidly scale their product and engineering teams following a successful funding round.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and create effective hiring strategies for technical roles.
  • Source and Attract Talent: Build diverse pipelines using creative sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, with a focus on digital, tech, and marketing talent.
  • Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job description creation to screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
