Act as the bridge between hospital leadership, clinical operations, business functions, and technology teams, ensuring that business priorities are translated into scalable technology solutions that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and organisational performance.
This is a senior, business-facing leadership role requiring an individual who can confidently engage with C-suite executives, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders while shaping technology strategy and transformation roadmaps. Key Responsibilities- Executive Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, Clinical Directors, Consultants, Nurses, and Operational Leaders.
- Independently engage with executive stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into technology initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor on healthcare technology transformation and digital innovation.
- Facilitate executive workshops, strategy sessions, and business discovery meetings.
- Business & Technology Strategy
- Align business goals with enterprise technology roadmaps.
- Develop strategic transformation plans supporting both clinical and non-clinical operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through digital technologies and analytics.

- Lead end-to-end provider technology transformation programmes from discovery through implementation and business adoption.
- Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable improvements in patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Drive adoption and organizational change across clinical and operational teams.
- Domain Architecture
- Define healthcare business domains, data domains, and enterprise capabilities.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Engineering teams.
- Guide integration across EHR/EMR systems, data platforms, finance systems, scheduling applications, CRM solutions, and analytics environments.
- Support modernization of legacy healthcare technology platforms.
- Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Produce business requirements, process maps, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Strong understanding of both clinical and non-clinical hospital operations.
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders including CIO, CEO, COO, CFO, Clinical Directors, and Consultants.
