In this role, you will lead the full pursuit lifecycle for Public Safety opportunities, taking accountability for shaping new business, nurturing relationships, and guiding strategic bids through to successful closure.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Drive: Personally lead and close strategic Public Safety opportunities.
- Engage & Influence: Build and maintain strong relationships across client organisations, including senior leaders and decision-makers.
- Shape & Position: Apply Public Sector procurement knowledge to position CGI effectively within the competitive landscape.
- Qualify & Strategise: Lead the full sales cycle across suspect, prospect, opportunity, and closure stages.
- Collaborate & Align: Work with internal stakeholders to align client needs with CGI's capabilities and value propositions.
- Research & Anticipate: Conduct market and procurement horizon scanning to identify emerging opportunities.
- Present & Convince: Develop compelling proposals and present clear, reasoned recommendations to clients and internal leadership. Qualifications
- Proven Public Sector sales capability with a strong win record.
- Experience building and expanding client relationships across Public Safety or Central Government.
- Strong networking skills with key departments such as Home Office or policing bodies.
- Ability to articulate CGI offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Shipley or similar sales methodologies.
