What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for technical issues — via email, phone or ticket.
  • Supporting customers with Office 365, Windows 10, hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Building and configuring PCs and laptops, assisting with onsite networking.
  • Installing, configuring and supporting common business applications.
  • Monitoring system alerts and proactively resolving issues.
  • Contributing to knowledge base content and internal documentation.
  • Ensuring ticketing systems are up to date, and SLAs are met.
  • Following security protocols and helping to maintain compliance.

What You’ll Need to Bring

  • You’re a Computer Science (or similar) student, looking for a hands‑on role.
  • You’re naturally curious, a problem solver, and keen to learn.
