We’re looking for an experienced Security Architect to provide hands‑on security leadership on a large‑scale, cloud‑first government transformation programme. You’ll define and own the target security architecture, guide technical decision‑making, and ensure secure‑by‑design delivery across multiple workstreams. Working with senior stakeholders, assurance bodies and multi‑supplier teams, you’ll help deliver a modern, secure and interoperable cloud solution.
Key responsibilities:
- Owning the target security architecture across cloud, identity, networks and data
- Leading security design and governance, ensuring accreditation readiness
- Guiding secure delivery of cloud foundations, IAM, cryptography and monitoring
- Managing security risk across complex, multi‑stream delivery
- Communicating complex security decisions to technical and non‑technical audiences
Essential Skills:
- Leading security architecture on large, cloud‑first programmes
- Designing systems at SECRET or above in government or regulated environments
