IT Infrastructure-focused Delivery Manager required to join an organisation who are embarking on a huge transformative and ambitious property development programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of infrastructure technology projects within a multi-year programme, ensuring each initiative is aligned with the organisation’s business goals and complies with relevant regulatory requirements. They will oversee the service delivery and operational readiness of all new systems and technologies introduced throughout the programme. This includes any networking, system integration, cloud infrastructure, cyber security, hardware and more. Reporting to the IT Director, this position blends the responsibilities of a Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst, making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments. The postholder will also be tasked with developing and maintaining comprehensive delivery plans, while effectively managing budgets, timelines, risks, and interdependencies. Additionally, they will act as the primary liaison for third-party vendors, monitoring performance against defined KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality outcomes. About You * Proven experience in a hybrid role combining technical delivery, service management, project management, and business analysis. * Strong understanding of service delivery models and project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, ITIL, etc.). * Strong experience supporting Azure and M365 technology transformations. * Background in IT infrastructure and networking * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
