Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle within technology or renewable energy.
- Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates through headhunting, referrals, and industry networking.
- Managing and negotiating the end-to-end offer process to secure placements.
- Mentoring and coaching junior consultants, helping to drive team success.
- Driving business development efforts to expand market presence and identify new opportunities.
