Senior/ Lead Salesforce Developer

Synapri are currently looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join a fast-growing fintech company that\’s transforming the way people engage with financial services. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being hands on and would like to combine this with your leadership skills and the chance to be involved in strategic decisions across the Salesforce roadmap. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, etc) ~ A proven track record of leading or mentoring other Salesforce Developers or team members ~ Salesforce development certifications highly desirable ~ Location: Hybrid (London 2x per week) ⏰ Start Date: ASAP 31 days annual leave + bank holidays (yes, you read that right!) ~ Extra days off for key life events (child’s first day at school, sorting wedding/funeral arrangements, graduation, etc) ~ Private medical insurance with Vitality ~4x annual salary life insurance cover ~5% matched pension ~ Please note, sponsorship and relocation aren’t provided for this role.
