Senior Delivery Manager required for a well-known brand looking for someone to lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic programmes and projects. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring complex business and technology initiatives are delivered effectively while leading and developing a small, high-performing delivery team.
Approximately 70–80% of the role will focus on programme delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and strategic execution, with the remaining 20–30% dedicated to people leadership and coaching. Working closely with senior business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party partners, you will provide delivery leadership across multiple concurrent programmes, ensuring projects are aligned to business objectives and delivered to agreed scope, budget, quality, and timescales.

Skills required:
- Experienced Delivery Manager with a background in delivering large-scale business and technology programmes
- Previous line management experience, including coaching and developing
