Synapri are currently seeking an SC Cleared Salesforce Developer to join our client's team in the Public Sector as they continue to deliver a major digital transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building innovative Salesforce solutions, working on large-scale projects, and making an immediate impact within a high-profile organisation. Our client is expanding and enhancing their Salesforce ecosystem as part of a wider transformation initiative. Therefore, previous experience developing and supporting Salesforce platforms within complex environments is essential.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing and delivering Salesforce solutions within enterprise environments
  • Current SC Clearance (Essential)
  • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party systems
  • Experience supporting data migration and deployment activities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security models, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments

Desirable:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification
  • Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within the Public Sector
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and source control practices
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar Middleware technologies
