I am working with a Salesforce services partner to find a Mid-Market Account Executive who genuinely wants to go and hunt. Not a role for someone happy to work deals being handed to them; this business needs someone who gets a buzz from building their own pipeline from scratch and closing it.

Expectations for the role:

  • Hunting and closing your own mid-market pipeline β€” Β£150k–£250k deals, 3–4 month cycles
  • Running the full sales cycle: discovery, SOW, and close
  • Building relationships with Salesforce AEs, SEs, and Architects in the Tower
  • Identifying problems and creating urgency β€” not waiting for work to arrive

Required experience

  • A proven closer with professional services or technology services sales experience
  • Someone who has built their own pipeline β€” not been handed it
  • Salesforce ecosystem knowledge is a strong advantage, but PS sales experience is the priority
  • Mid-market deal experience at the right size and cycle length

Package

  • Β£60,000 - Β£75,000 (DOE)
  • Commission paid quarterly
  • Incentive bonus on top
  • 2-3 days in a London office (Tuesday - Thursday)
