I am working with a Salesforce services partner to find a Mid-Market Account Executive who genuinely wants to go and hunt. Not a role for someone happy to work deals being handed to them; this business needs someone who gets a buzz from building their own pipeline from scratch and closing it.
Expectations for the role:
- Hunting and closing your own mid-market pipeline β Β£150kβΒ£250k deals, 3β4 month cycles
- Running the full sales cycle: discovery, SOW, and close
- Building relationships with Salesforce AEs, SEs, and Architects in the Tower
- Identifying problems and creating urgency β not waiting for work to arrive
Required experience
- A proven closer with professional services or technology services sales experience
- Someone who has built their own pipeline β not been handed it
- Salesforce ecosystem knowledge is a strong advantage, but PS sales experience is the priority
- Mid-market deal experience at the right size and cycle length
Package
- Β£60,000 - Β£75,000 (DOE)
- Commission paid quarterly
- Incentive bonus on top
- 2-3 days in a London office (Tuesday - Thursday)
