Synapri are currently supporting an established business who are heavily invested in Salesforce, part way through a major transformation and are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Leader take over ongoing leadership of the Salesforce development & architecture team. Hands-on Salesforce development/architecture experience (doesn't have to be current) Strong, confident leader who thrives under pressure including managing challenging stakeholders Proven ability to lead technical teams both internally and via outsourced delivery partners CPQ or RCA experience a huge bonus but not essential Experience implementing and driving DevOps principles SALARY: Up to £100k + very generous bonus and shares
