The Programme Manager provides strategic leadership, security‑by‑design assurance, and disciplined programme delivery. They drive accreditation, governance, risk management, and ensure a secure transition from the legacy platform.

The role is London‑based and requires regular onsite leadership, providing visible, hands‑on direction to the London team and ensuring cohesive engagement with UK government partners.

Essential Skills

  • Major Programme Delivery Leadership
  • Experience leading large, multi‑supplier government programmes.
  • Track record in secure/digital transformations.
  • Planning, Controls & RAID Expertise
  • Expert in integrated planning and RAID management.
  • Experience mobilising delivery controls.
  • Secure, Cloud‑First or Critical Infrastructure Experience
  • Exposure to secure‑by‑design or classified environments.
  • Understanding of interoperability and cross‑domain challenges.
  • Supplier & Partner Coordination
  • Experience working with cloud providers, OEMs and cross‑government partners.
  • Ability to manage multi‑supplier integration.
  • Executive Communication & Influence
  • Skilled in senior reporting for SROs, DGs, HMT and GDS.
  • Ability to articulate delivery challenges clearly.
