We are looking for an innovative PMO Lead to improve and automate the PMO capability for a financial services business. The company is looking for someone with a strong background supporting change, transformation, and delivery environments who can take ownership of this PMO from both an operational and strategic perspective.
This role would suit someone who:
- Has worked within modern, data-led and automation-focused PMO environments
- Understands transformation delivery and business change
- Can introduce meaningful reporting, forecasting, and resource/risk visibility
- Is comfortable applying judgement and influencing delivery outcomes, rather than operating within a traditional “tick-box” PMO structure
- Has experience building PMO functions that improve efficiency and provide real business insight
