Synapri seeks a Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead analytics strategy and establish an Analytics Centre of Excellence across a regulated financial services context. You will champion data-driven decision making, translate complex data into insights, and guide an analytics team of 7–8 people, with a focus on self-service and advanced analytics on the Microsoft Fabric platform.

Location: hybrid – 2 days on site per week in Nottingham; you will collaborate with executives to shape outcomes.
