IT Transformation Consultant
6-Month Contract | Global Transformation | Remote | Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced IT Transformation Consultant to lead a high-profile feasibility and transformation programme focused on assessing and shaping the transition from a locally operated IT function to a globally aligned IT operating model.
This is a senior transformation role suited to an individual who has successfully led IT operating model consolidation, shared services, M&A integration or large-scale digital/technology transformation within complex, geographically distributed organisations.
We are looking for a senior technology transformation leader with a strong track record of operating-model change rather than someone focused purely on project delivery.
You will ideally bring:
- 5+ years of senior IT leadership/transformation experience, at IT Director, CIO or equivalent level.
- Strong experience delivering IT operating model transformation, consolidation or integration.
- Proven experience with shared services, centralisation, global operating models or M&A integration.
- Experience taking organisations from current-state assessment through target-state design, transition planning and BAU implementation.
- A strong background in digital and technology transformation, ideally involving complex enterprise technology environments.
- Experience working within large, global organisations with geographically distributed teams.
- Previous experience working with a US-based business, subsidiary or entity within a global organisation would be particularly valuable.
