Synapri are supporting a leading Saa S organisation looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to play a key role in supporting the organisation's transition from Legacy application to a modern cloud Saa S platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solutions Architect with a strong software development background, ideally with hands-on experience across .
NET and Azure, who has worked on complex application migrations or the design and delivery of scalable web applications within a B2B environment, helping shape the architecture, technology strategy and engineering standards that underpin the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the target solution architecture for the organisation's product platforms.
- Provide architectural leadership and technical direction across software development teams.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based solutions.
- Lead API, integration, and data architecture initiatives.
- Support the adoption of modern engineering practices, development standards, and architectural patterns.
- Work closely with Product, UX and Engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Support the ongoing migration from Legacy applications to modern cloud-native Saa S architecture.
Desired experience
- Significant experience working as a Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, Engineering Architect
- Strong experience designing . NET solutions within Paa S/Saa S environments.
- Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies, particularly . NET and Azure.
- Experience designing API-first and integration-driven solutions.
- Good understanding of modern architecture approaches, including microservices and cloud-native design.
Please note that the role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the Newcastle office.
