Synapri are partnered with a globally operating organisation who is looking for a highly experienced Network Engineer to join their team to design, implement and maintain secure, high-performing network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Strong knowledge of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Solid understanding of WANs, LANs, NAT, and VPN technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with network hardware such as Cisco and Meraki switches, and Fortinet firewalls (experience with other vendors is advantageous).
- Experience using network monitoring tools such as Solar Winds, PRTG, or Wireshark.
- Exposure to cloud networking environments (e. g. AWS VPC, Azure VNets).
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python, Bash, or Ansible (preferred).
- A good understanding of network security principles.
