Synapri are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join a growing IT team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a modern enterprise network infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across networking, security, and cloud technologies in a collaborative environment with flexible hybrid working.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and supporting LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud networking environments
- Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Meraki switches
- Administering and maintaining Fortinet firewalls
- Supporting routing and switching technologies including OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP
- Monitoring network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Wireshark
- Working with AWS and Azure networking components, including VPCs and VNets
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching
- Experience with Cisco and Meraki networking technologies
- Knowledge of WAN, LAN, NAT, and VPN technologies
- Exposure to AWS and/or Azure networking
