We are recruiting for an experienced NEC Housing System Specialist to join a Business Systems environment, providing specialist technical expertise across housing management applications. This role focuses on system change, upgrades, configuration, and technical consultancy within a complex housing landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical knowledge of housing management systems to support and enable business change
- Develop, configure, and implement changes to the NEC Housing system in line with specifications and requirements
- Drive the implementation of appropriate technical solutions to meet organisational objectives
- Deliver specialist consultancy to internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers
- Manage application upgrades and the rollout of new functionality
- Identify and implement technical and process improvements
- Provide advice, guidance, and support for application usage, including support and training delivery
- Support workload planning and prioritisation for project and BAU activities
Essential Skills
- Strong, hands-on experience with NEC Housing Management systems
- Proven technical expertise within social housing systems environments
- Good experience with Oracle databases, including data relationships and SQL scripting (preferred)
- Experience managing and delivering system change and project workloads
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills
- Ability to work independently in a contractor-style role
