Job Description Business Analyst / Product Owner Synapri is supporting a large logistics organisation undergoing a significant period of technology transformation and change. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to work closely with the CTO and help turn the wider technology vision into practical, business-led solutions. This is a hands-on, business-facing role focused on process improvement, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and technology transformation across operations, finance and supply chain. Location: London (Hybrid) Work with stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points and business requirements. Translate business needs into BRDs, user stories, process maps and structured backlogs. Work with technical and data teams on ERP, data and system transformation initiatives. Support UAT, solution delivery and implementation to ensure business outcomes are achieved. Help introduce stronger BA practices, governance and structured ways of working across the organisation. Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical/delivery teams. Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a transformation or change environment. Experience working with ERP systems and data-focused projects. Experience with M&A, acquisitions, system consolidation or integration would be highly desirable.
