Essential Skills
- Test Strategy & Delivery
- Proven experience defining and delivering test strategies for large-scale programmes
- Strong understanding of end-to-end testing across complex, multi-supplier environments
- Environment Management
- Experience designing and managing multi-environment landscapes
- Understanding of environment lifecycle, access control, and data management
- Release & Deployment
- Experience implementing structured release and deployment approaches
- Knowledge of release governance and operational readiness processes
- User-Centred & Model Office Testing
- Experience supporting user-centred design and scenario-based testing approaches
- Familiarity with model office or equivalent test environments
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Ability to work across senior stakeholders, technical teams and suppliers
- Experience coordinating across multiple delivery partners
- Secure Environment Delivery (Desirable)
- Experience working in SECRET or similarly secure environments
- Understanding of security and compliance constraints impacting testing and environments

- Reports to: Programme Manager
- Key relationships: Programme Director, CTO / Technical Design Authority, PMO Lead, Business Change & User Engagement teams, Security and Architecture Leads, Delivery Suppliers
