Are you an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in CHAPS payments, ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing bank? The Role
Working closely with the CPO, you will define and deliver the product roadmap for CHAPS, ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with customer, business, and regulatory needs. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy while working across technical and business teams to bring ideas to life.
What you will be doing
- Supporting the definition and delivery of the CHAPS / RTGS product roadmap
- Owning and evolving the product vision for high-value payments
- Leading cross-functional workshops to define requirements and solutions
- Acting as a servant-leader to Scrum teams and maintaining a well-prioritised backlog
- Mapping as-is and to-be processes and producing clear, detailed requirements
- Ensuring products have robust operating models and stakeholder alignment
- Collaborating closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to deliver change
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong track record of delivering value and driving meaningful change
- SME-level knowledge of CHAPS payments (essential)
- Experience within UK payments and regulated financial environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple teams
