Synapri is working with a leading Public Sector Department to bring in a Cyber Security Advisor focusing on Secure by Design. This is a consultant role, not fully hands‐on technical. The Advisor will deliver an advisory service to the project delivery function.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate the Secure-by-Design adoption of new projects
- Capture business objectives and needs
- Ensure security is captured in the business case
- Update the Secure-by-Design Self Assessment tracker
- Trace Secure-by-Design confidence and adherence to the principles throughout the project
- Ensure specific security roles and responsibilities are assigned
- Ensure components are decommissioned securely
Qualifications
This will be an SC Cleared position, requiring the successful candidate to have worked on an SC Cleared role in the last 12 months.
