Synapri is working with a leading Technology business to hire an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex S/4 HANA transformations. Our client is looking for someone to help with the delivery of third‑party integrations and internal system integrations to support the business in an S/4 HANA multi‑year programme. Initially, this individual will support the discovery and design phase which will then move into the build later this year.

The successful candidate will navigate a large technical stakeholder group, multiple vendors and a complex integration landscape to support end‑to‑end delivery planning, governance, reporting, risk management and managing build‑phase expectations.

Rate: DOE Outside IR35

Location: Remote with Adhoc travel (London)

Duration: Initial 6 months

Essential Skills Required:

  • Experienced Project/Programme Manager with over 10 years of experience delivering enterprise complex technology programmes
  • Full SDLC implementation experience from requirements through to test and hyper‑care (Agile or Waterfall)
  • Previously delivered end‑to‑end enterprise transformations of SAP S/4 HANA
  • Experience managing multi‑vendor delivery environments spanning global geographies and time zones
  • Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP or recognised project management qualification
  • Confident managing stakeholders across technical leads, C‑suite and functional owners within programmes
  • Prior experience working in a consultancy would be highly preferred
