Synapri are partnered with a globally recognized IT transformation consultancy with a long-standing and growing UK Salesforce Practice. Due to a record-breaking start to the year, and a number of new implementations signed, they're scaling to meet demand for Salesforce Consultants with CPQ and RCA expertise.
You will deliver projects to household brand names across multiple hot industries, largely of a complex and enterprise scale. Working closely within an experienced team, you will have autonomy and ownership as well as direct mentorship to support your growth into becoming a solution architect. This is supported with a bespoke progress tracker, dedicated time off for personal learning and development, 1-1 mentorship, funded certifications, and a fast track path to architect.
Your role will encompass a blend between leading the design and implementation of RCA capabilities (including billing and invoicing, complex pricing, automated payments), building scalable solution design, facilitating client workshops, analysing complex technical requirements, and working closely with the wider team and project managers. Ideally, this would be a London - hybrid opportunity, though flexibility and work-life balance is a priority. Requirements include:
- Proven background as a Salesforce Consultant or Architect
- Hands-on experience with Revenue Cloud (Ideally RCA)
- Strong quote-to-cash understanding
- Experience working on end-to-end implementations in Salesforce
- Ideally have exposure with Sales / Service Cloud
- Full right to work in the UK
- Consultancy background will be preferred
