CRM Business Analyst required for a leading Salesforce partner on a full time permanent basis on a growing technology team. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, streamlining operations, and supporting business growth. The successful candidate will possess strong consultancy experience and be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and working closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to deliver scalable CRM solutions that improve customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting testing cycles including regression and UAT testing.
- Working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to shape and develop the project backlog.
- Running refinement sessions with the development team to break down Epics and user stories.
- Producing documentation to support sprint planning and delivery activities.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience working on digital transformation projects.
