Synapri are supporting a fast-paced London tech business who are currently recruiting for a Chief of Staff. This role is suited to a seasoned, heavy-hitting operational leader to step into a high-impact, 12-month interim role. Acting as the right-hand to C-suite executives, you will be the operational backbone driving business-critical transformation from day one. We need an expert who can bypass the standard onboarding curve and hit the ground running.
The Mission:
- Drive Execution: Lead and execute high-stakes programs, including the implementation of new operating models.
- Untangle Workflows: Bring immediate clarity, structure, and ongoing review to fragmented business workflows.
- Influence Without Authority: Build deep relationships across the business and motivate cross-functional teams who don't report directly to you.
