Key responsibilities; but not limited to:

  • Change Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and maintain the Digital Wing Change and Adoption Strategy
    • Define the organisational change approach for each programme phase
    • Ensure change activities are aligned to programme outcomes and benefits
    • Identify organisational impacts and readiness requirements
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Develop and maintain stakeholder maps and influence strategies
    • Establish relationships with key stakeholder communities across FCDO
    • Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and user forums
    • Ensure end-user voices are represented throughout delivery
  • Culture & Behaviour Change
    • Define target behaviours required to support the future operating model
    • Develop interventions that promote adoption of new ways of working
    • Support leadership teams in modelling desired behaviours
    • Identify cultural barriers and opportunities to accelerate adoption
  • User Adoption & Readiness
    • Develop user adoption plans for each delivery phase
    • Assess organisational readiness for change
    • Coordinate training, onboarding and transition activities
    • Monitor adoption levels and user sentiment
  • Benefits Realisation
    • Define behavioural and organisational benefits measures
    • Support development of the programme Benefits Framework
    • Track and report adoption and benefits realisation
    • Ensure benefits are embedded into business-as-usual operations
  • Governance & Reporting
    • Provide change and adoption reporting to the Programme Board and Steering Group
    • Identify change-related risks, issues and dependencies
    • Maintain change management artefacts and plans
    • Support governance decision-making through stakeholder insights
